We offer to you all thecnical suport for instalation of products marketed, and this is analyzed according to the complexity of the proposed solution, negotiated in each project.
Warranty and Service.
Our products have warranty of 1 (one) year year from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not include, nor does RENOV assume any responsibility for defects or damage caused by misuse or any overshoot, changes, service or repair by third parties, wear and tear or failure to properly maintain the product.Our technical department will assist you with the products supplied in accordance with the warranty specification, assistance may be on site or if necessary send us the material.
Maintenance.
We offer repair service on hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical equipment as well as:
Cylinders, chucks and others devices.
Warranty and Service.
The service department evaluates and repairs all brands we trade. Customers may submit their fasteners to receive a technical report of the repairs required to bring them to their original working condition.
New enhancements or revisions to this model will be incorporated into the repair, as if you were receiving a new Chuck with discount
* Quotations will be sent within 1 week of receipt of item.
* A non-refundable evaluation fee may be charged if extra effort is required, negotiated on a case by case basis.
